I have spent the majority of my career serving others through the customer service and hospitality industries. Throughout this journey, one principle has remained constant: a genuine passion for helping people simplify their lives. There is meaningful value in easing everyday demands so individuals can focus their time and energy on what matters most to them.

Having experienced life from many perspectives, I understand that trust, discretion, and reliability are not luxuries—they are necessities. While everyone deserves consideration, it is not within my standards to place anyone into your personal life or home without careful and intentional vetting. I treat every client’s home, privacy, and well-being with the same respect and care I would expect for my own.

For this reason, we uphold rigorous standards for both our team members and our clients. Every employee is required to complete sexual harassment training, undergo comprehensive background checks, and sign a strict non-disclosure agreement. These safeguards are fundamental to our commitment to professionalism, integrity, and security.

Client & Employee Safety Guidelines

Background Checks

Every individual entrusted to work with our clients undergoes an extensive and comprehensive background screening process. This includes identity verification, criminal history review, reference validation, and ongoing compliance checks. Our standards exceed industry norms to ensure that only individuals of proven integrity, professionalism, and discretion are permitted access to our clients’ homes, personal lives, and private affairs.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

All employees ad contractors are required to execute a legally binding non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement as a condition of engagement, prohibiting the disclosure of any confidential, proprietary, or personally identifiable information obtained during the course of employment. In addition, clients automatically enter into a mutual non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement upon accepting and engaging our services. This acceptance constitutes legal acknowledgment and agreement to the confidentiality terms in place, ensuring the protection of client privacy as well as the company’s proprietary processes, information, and interests.

Sexual Harassment Course

All employees and contractors are required to complete mandatory sexual harassment prevention and workplace conduct training as a condition of employment and on an ongoing basis thereafter. This training reinforces professional boundaries, respectful conduct, and compliance with all applicable laws. In addition, the company enforces a strict non-fraternization policy prohibiting employees from engaging in personal, romantic, or intimate relationships with clients during the course of their employment or engagement. These requirements apply regardless of mutual consent and are enforced to protect client safety, maintain professionalism, and uphold the integrity of the company. Violations may result in disciplinary action, up to and including immediate termination.
