All individuals seeking employment with Privee Noir must meet the following requirements before working with clients:

• Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and discretion

Understanding Our Placement Structure

Privee Noir operates as a private service agency that connects qualified professionals with clients seeking high-level personal and home services. Because our work is based on client requests and placements, opportunities may vary in frequency depending on the service and the needs of our clientele. Some roles may offer more consistent scheduling, while others may arise periodically as clients request services.

For this reason, applicants should understand that some positions may not begin as full-time placements immediately. Our team maintains a network of trusted professionals, and when a suitable opportunity becomes available, we will reach out to individuals whose experience and qualifications best match the client’s needs. While schedules may vary, our compensation reflects the high level of professionalism and discretion required for the services we provide.

When a professional is placed with a client, we aim to maintain consistency whenever possible. Due to the importance of trust and privacy in our clients’ homes and personal lives, the same agent will typically remain assigned to that client. Reassignments may occur only if the client requests a replacement or if the agent feels the role is not the right fit or they are unable to continue the assignment. In such cases, we will work to place the agent with another suitable opportunity.
