Full-Time Residence Presence

Maintains a consistent, responsible presence in the home to deter security risks and ensure continuous oversight.

Mail, Package & Delivery Management

Collects and secures mail, packages, and deliveries to prevent buildup and ensure privacy.

Light Cleaning & Home Upkeep

Performs basic cleaning, tidying, and surface maintenance to preserve presentation standards.

Emergency Response Management

Acts immediately in case of leaks, power outages, break-ins, weather damage, or system failures.

Confidentiality & Discretion Protocol

Maintains strict privacy standards and confidentiality at all times.

Security & Access Monitoring

Monitors doors, windows, alarm systems, and entry points while coordinating with security services when applicable.

Utility & System Monitoring

Checks HVAC systems, plumbing, lighting, and appliances to ensure proper function.

Plant & Garden Care

Waters and maintains indoor plants and outdoor gardens as directed.
